Engineering Services Group, Engineering Services Group Program Management We are seeking a motivated Customer Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning & execution of customer facing SoC semiconductor products engineering activities as well as track programs’ execution and Key-Performance-Indicator. You will be also responsible for improving and developing program management workflows to increase our programs’ efficiency.

Direct point of contact for leading edge customers and vendors on connectivity products program. Regular review of program schedules, risks and resolution strategy with management team. Defining and driving process frameworks across teams for productive and consistent execution and quality deliverables.

Ensuring WBS consistent with program intent and working with project manager and engineering leads to realign as needed. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. ~2+ years of Program Management or related work experience. ~ Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience. Understanding of Optical Modules and Active Electrical Cables design,
