- Utilize social media channels, including Facebook Advertising, to promote review collection efforts and increase brand awareness.




- Conduct research on customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor review strategies to refine outreach tactics.
- Collaborate with product management teams to align review campaigns with new product launches and promotional activities.
- Analyze review data using tools like Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all outreach communications while ensuring compliance with digital marketing best practices.
