Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food handling, and food preparation zones
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and restaurant sanitation policies




- Assist in basic food preparation tasks when needed to support kitchen operations

Requirements

- Prior food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles demonstrating excellent guest services skills
- Basic kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is beneficial but not required
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards teamwork and guest interactions
