This Customer Service Insurance

Agent position is a full time/onsite role working out of our Mission (Kelowna) branch, working a rotating schedule of Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday. As a Customer Service Insurance Agent, you’ll be the friendly face that helps our clients protect what matters most. From ICBC Autoplan to personal insurance, you’ll guide clients through their options, answer questions, and make sure they leave with peace of mind.





Greeting clients and helping them with their insurance needs. Selling personal lines and recreational vehicle insurance. Supporting claims and policy updates. Foster business development through service excellence and product knowledge.

A little about your qualifications (Willing to Train): Level 1 Insurance License or CAIB 1 Experience in personal lines or insurance agency work High school diploma or equivalent A passion for helping people and a positive attitude! Starting salary will be based on related licensing, training and experience. This is based on a full-time complement of 35.5 hours per week.
