What You’ll Do:

- Be a Service Pro: Provide top-tier support via phone, email, and chat.
- Drive Sales: Assist with orders and use your expertise to upsell products and services that truly benefit our customers.
- Solve Problems: Analyze customer needs to recommend the right solutions and resolve complaints with a positive attitude.
- Stay Organized: Accurately update customer profiles and data in our systems.
- Represent the Brand: Step out from behind the desk to represent Mahogany in person at industry trade shows.

What You Bring:

- Communication Skills: Fluency in English is a must. If you speak French or other languages, that’s a huge plus for our national reach!
- People First Mentality: You know how to build rapport quickly and maintain qualified phone etiquette.
- Sales Savvy:



You’re comfortable identifying opportunities to upsell and maximize value.
- Tech Literacy: You have solid basic computer skills and are comfortable navigating databases.
- Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable engaging with people face-to-face at events.
