We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to answer customer questions, update records, and provide basic assistance by phone, email, or chat.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat
- Provide basic information about services and orders
- Update customer information and records
- Enter and organize data in company systems
- Follow up on customer requests when needed
- Assist with general administrative and customer service tasks
- Communicate with customers and team members to resolve basic questions
Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Valuable communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly
- Reliable and organized
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Pay: $25.60-$30.90 per hour
