Client Experience & Customer Service: Serve as a first point of contact for clients, visitors, vendors, and employees, providing a welcoming and professional experience. Manage incoming inquiries, and requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation as required. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, service providers, and building management partners. Support employee and visitor access processes, including temporary access cards and related tracking systems.
Workplace & Facilities Operations: Coordinate facility-related requests and work closely with building management and vendors to address operational needs. Assist with inventory management, workplace supplies, and general office maintenance activities. Help ensure office spaces remain functional, organized, and aligned with workplace standards.
Meeting, Event & Hospitality Support: Support the logistics and execution of meetings, training sessions, hospitality services, and office events. Liaise with catering providers, audio-visual teams, Executive Assistants, and other support groups to deliver successful experiences. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and workplace systems. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality while supporting a diverse group of stakeholders.
