Position: Bilingual Customer Support Specialist Location: Markham Salary: $36 per hour Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days remote Job Type: 1-year contract with solid potential to go permanent What You'll Do Provide bilingual phone and email support. Process orders accurately and follow through to resolution. Assist new customers and support online ordering. Collaborate with teams to enhance the customer experience. Maintain high service standards.
