Customer Insights & Analytics Posted : August 6, 2026 Full-Time Location: London, ON | Hybrid/Remote | StarTech.com is continuing to grow our Data Analytics team and we are looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights. In this role, you will partner closely with cross functional teams to analyze data across key areas of the business, including product performance, inventory, revenue, customer insights, and marketing. Your work will help shape business decisions, optimize performance, and support continued growth.

You will be responsible for transforming data from multiple sources into clear, meaningful insights, building models, and delivering reporting that informs strategy. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with data tools such as Power BI, Python, R, or Excel, and collaborating with stakeholders to influence outcomes, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Analyze key business metrics to evaluate and improve strategic initiatives Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations Build data models and generate summary statistics using analytics tools Develop reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s in Analytics is an asset) ~2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role working with large datasets ~ Robust experience with Power BI and Power Query ~ Advanced Excel skills ~ Intermediate proficiency in Python or R ~ Experience or interest in AI tools and applications Strong data cleaning, transformation,



and analysis skills Ability to synthesize complex data into explicit insights Experience building queries, reports, and visualizations Competitive salary and bonus potential Opportunities to grow your skills in analytics, BI, and AI This role offers a competitive salary range of CAD $68,000 to $78,000 and eligibility to participate in our bonus program.
