About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Analytics professional to join our GTM Analytics team. This role is instrumental in shaping our data-driven decision-making processes across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success functions.

You will be responsible for delivering decision-ready analysis, developing and maintaining data models, and contributing to our innovative BI-as-code platform, Lighthouse. The role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of agentic analytics by integrating AI tools and workflows to enhance speed, accuracy, and trustworthiness of insights. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Analytics,



you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in fast-paced two-week sprint cycles, ensuring rapid delivery of impactful analytics solutions that support strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success in a fast-growing environment
- Expertise in SQL, with extensive hands-on experience using dbt for data modeling and transformation
- Proficiency in Python for analysis and automation tasks
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM data structures, objects, and modeling quirks
- Experience working with modern data stacks such as Fivetran, Snowflake, or BigQuery
- Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Sigma, Hex, or similar platforms
- Interest and experience in agentic AI tools, including hands-on use of Claude Code or comparable coding agents
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects, demonstrating ownership and accountability
- Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and delivering results within short sprint cycles

Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive, decision-ready analysis on pipeline health, funnel conversion, campaign performance, cohort retention, and revenue drivers for Sales, Marketing, and CSM teams
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their questions, define analytical approaches, and translate insights into actionable recommendations




- Develop, maintain, and optimize dbt models and data marts, ensuring high data quality and clear documentation for Salesforce and other sources
- Own data definitions, source-of-truth tables, and quality assurance processes to foster stakeholder trust
- Contribute to Lighthouse, our BI-as-code platform, by defining standards for metrics, dashboards, and semantic models, and participating in its ongoing development
- Advance analytics workflows by integrating AI agents to automate recurring reports, accelerate analysis, and reduce manual effort
- Prompt and evaluate AI tools like Claude Code to enhance productivity and ensure accuracy in analysis and modeling tasks
- Operate within agile two-week sprint cycles, planning, prioritizing, and delivering high-impact analytics solutions
- Provide proactive updates and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision making
