Foothills School Division is seeking a permanent Data Facilitator to join the Division's central services team based in Okotoks.

We are seeking positive, energetic and collaborative individuals who thrive in a agile team environment and are excited to contribute as part of our Data Facilitator team. This position is responsible for supporting our schools and Division by providing accurate, relevant and timely student data while maintaining all aspects of the student data system. In addition to generating reports, this role assists schools with timetabling, student grades, coding grants and much more.

The Data

Facilitator ensures that all data and reporting aligns with the standards and requirements established by Alberta Education.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in data management systems and a minimum of two years of related experience, or a combination of related training and experience.



The preferred candidate will have a strong administrative background and solid database management skills.

Full-time hours for this position are 35 hours per week and it follows the school year calendar (approx. 10 months). Hours of work are 8:00am - 3.30pm daily.
