Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll supervise all aspects of our facility, enhancing client relationships while maintaining a safe and fun learning setting.

Drive team effectiveness through mentorship and operational oversight, ensuring all aquatic programs meet our established standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead quality control for aquatic programs
- Monitor and manage class schedules and staffing
- Foster relationships with clients and address concerns
- Conduct staff training for skill enhancement
- Ensure facility compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in aquatic settings
- Current lifeguard and safety certifications
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide teams
- Proficient in communication and interpersonal relations
- Ability to work nights and weekends
