As the Dealer Services Representative you will offer strong knowledge of the mutual fund industry and sales processes.

You will maintain effective working relationship with key business partners to ensure compliance with Mutual Fund licensing regulations across all provinces and territories for the distribution network. Receiving and reviewing transaction requests, ensuring appropriate documentation has been completed and that required supporting documents are submitted. Reviewing documentation for accuracy and executing translations on behalf of advisors to reflect client requests, new account openings and updates.

Providing expertise and guidance to filed management and employees on client issues, including addressing and triaging client complaints and concerns with regards to Mutual Funds. You have completed post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Advanced Investment or a related discipline. You have basic knowledge of insurance,



products, sales practices and procedures, distribution and market conduct regulations.

Having or working towards the Branch Compliance Manager designation is an asset. You influence change and are committed to continuous improvement, in order to exceed client expectations. You’re an effective team player who shares knowledge to support our peers.

Expected salary/hourly range $43,550 - $72,583 The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education. Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics. #
