As an Analyst in Waterloo, you will report to the Senior Manager while providing valuable financial analysis for Personal and Commercial Lines.

Your work will involve detailed P&L; reporting and collaboration with various teams to support effective business decisions. You'll also have opportunities to streamline reporting processes through innovative technologies. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver comprehensive P&L; reporting and analysis
- Create executive materials with explanations of results
- Collaborate with underwriting and actuarial teams for insights
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reviews
- Automate financial reporting processes with AI tools

Requirements:

- Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 1+ year relevant financial analysis experience
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Exposure to P&C; insurance considered a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
