The Route Sales
Representative focuses on building customer loyalty while ensuring product delivery and maintaining current service agreements.
Your role includes up-selling products, processing payments, and performing vehicle inspections. Strong verbal communication and time management skills are required to ensure customer satisfaction and successful route operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships through service
- Manage route paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Up-sell/cross-sell products during service visits
- Deliver textile loads and perform pick-ups as required
- Report competitive activities and renew service agreements
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving history
- At least one year of successful driving experience
- Solid skills in route sales and customer service
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and deliver items up to 75 lbs
