Role Description The Delivery Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC, responsible for overseeing the successful end-to-end delivery of AI and data-driven solutions to enterprise clients. This role coordinates cross-functional project teams, manages timelines and resources, and ensures alignment between technical stakeholders and client business objectives.

The Delivery

Manager monitors project risks and dependencies, facilitates clear communication, and maintains delivery roadmaps and status reporting. Day-to-day, this role involves engaging with clients to understand requirements, translating them into actionable plans, supporting change management,



and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, assess project performance, and support decision-making.
- Demonstrated program and project management experience, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate collaborative discussions.
- Proven team management capabilities, including coordinating multidisciplinary teams and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Consulting skills, with experience gathering requirements, defining solutions, and managing client expectations in a professional services or SaaS environment.
- Experience delivering technology, data, or AI-related projects in enterprise or supply chain contexts is an asset.
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and standard project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum) are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Montreal, QC, and collaborate effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
