Here’s a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you’ll be able to do:
- Translate safety directions and deliverables into activities, milestones and delivery sequences to achieve expected results;
- Take charge of the planning, coordination and follow-up of the initiatives under his/her responsibility;
- Adapt delivery plans based on changing priorities, dependencies, and capacity;
- Maintain a transparent view of the progress of the work, the issues and the next steps;
- Ensure alignment between stakeholders in the technology, security and business sectors;
- Organize and lead the coordination and steering activities of the initiatives under his/her responsibility;
- Facilitate the resolution of delivery obstacles, risks and issues;
- Collaborate with architecture consultants, domain managers and security experts;
- Understand security issues in order to assess their impact on the initiatives under its responsibility;
- Feed safety guidance with findings from delivery activities;
- Provide a clear view of the progress, risks and decisions required;
- Contribute to resource planning and budget needs assessment.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Have a university education in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology management or a relevant field, or have equivalent experience;
- Have a minimum of seven years of experience in delivering complex technology initiatives involving multiple teams;
- Have a minimum of three years of experience in information security or cybersecurity;
- Master the concepts, practices and issues related to information security;
- Have experience in a financial or regulated environment;
- Know agile or hybrid delivery approaches;
- Use JIRA and Confluence tools for planning, tracking, and collaboration;
- Demonstrate experience in delivering security or technology initiatives with a strong security component;
- Effectively coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders in a complex environment;
- Influence and mobilize stakeholders without hierarchical authority;
- Communicate clearly and demonstrate excellent facilitation and collaboration skills;
- Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery issues;
- Demonstrate a spirit of synthesis and a strong focus on results;
- Ensure rigorous follow-up on commitments and deadlines;
- Collaborate with security teams or in an environment where security guidelines guide delivery (an asset);
- Hold a certification in project management or agility, including PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum or SAFe (an asset);
- Have a certification in information security, including CISSP, CISM or CRISC (an asset);
- Proficiency in additional planning, tracking, and collaboration tools (an asset).
