As a vital part of our team, we are seeking a part-time dental receptionist, with the opportunity to transition to full-time in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's appointment calendar.
- Verify and update patient information in the electronic health record system.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address patient inquiries.
- Process payments and insurance claims accurately.
- Assist with billing and financial inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow.




- Help dental assistants as needed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is required.
- HARP certification and experience as a dental assistant is a benefit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities..
- Friendly and qualified demeanor.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
