- Talent Manager, you will drive revenue from Kensington Grey's top spending brand partners and generate new revenue through business development with your roster of diverse social media influencers.

You are passionate about sales, have strong brand and agency contacts, and possess a solid knowledge of the Influencer Marketing landscape. US social media agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Ideally, you are a self-driven creative thinker, prepared to roll up your sleeves and get the job done in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You are creative, open-minded, persistent, and highly collaborative—vital attributes for successful interaction with internal and external clients.

Develop and execute sales strategies for long-term revenue growth.

Offer expertise & thought leadership on industry trends and best practices for Influencer Marketing to advertisers across all verticals, including key performance metrics,



creator content creation, and attribution methodologies across all marketing channels (TV/Digital/Social).

Evangelize and build confidence with clients using various customer and media insights to better define media execution and buying strategies.

Past Influencer Marketing sales experience is ideal, but candidates with other digital sales experience and business backgrounds will also be considered.

Understanding of industry trends related to Influencer Marketing.

Experience working within and across cross-functional teams (project management, legal, finance, talent, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to articulate contractual, technical, financial, and value points with partners and internal teams.
