Montreal | Hybrid (4 Days In-Office, 1 Day Remote) Contract: 12-Month+ We’re looking for a talented UX Writer (Bilingual French/English) to help shape digital experiences that connect with millions of users. This is a 12-month+ contract role in Montreal, giving you the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence how content informs, guides, and delights users. Develop content strategies that meet user needs and align with product goals.

Create client-focused content across digital products, including labels, explanatory text, metadata, and support content. Collaborate with design, research, and product teams to define content that enhances usability and engagement. Conduct content research and audits, perform competitive analysis, and test content effectiveness.





Advocate for users and ensure content meets accessibility, legal, and regulatory standards. Join a supportive culture where designers and content creators are valued. Work on products used by millions and shape digital experiences at an industry-leading organization.

Collaborate with a team pushing the boundaries of digital product design. Writing or content design experience (agency or in-house). Portfolio showcasing writing and content design work. Proficiency in French and English.
