The Program
Director for Community and Secondary School-Based Mental Health Services will manage critical outreach programs aimed at supporting youth and families. This full time leadership role requires robust clinical supervision of counseling staff and a commitment to delivering impactful mental health services. Your dedication will contribute to community resilience and well-being. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and direct services for secondary schools
- Implement and evaluate service plans and strategies
- Support counselors in effective case management
- Engage with school districts to optimize service delivery
- Manage administrative and reporting requirements
Requirements:
- MSW or a master’s degree in a relevant field
- 4 years of clinical experience in mental health
- Experience supervising similar community services
- Knowledge of strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches
- Valid BC Driver's License and criminal record check
