As Executive
Director, you will report to the Vice-President of Human Resources, implementing strategic compensation initiatives while maintaining collaborative relationships with unions and member organizations. Your leadership will drive compliance and continuous improvement within the classification services landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute compensation strategies aligned with HEABC’s vision • Build collaborative partnerships across the healthcare sector • Administer governance of compensation classification plans • Enhance services for evolving member organization needs • Lead strategic initiatives to modernize compensation practices Requirements:
