Responsibilities

- Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of all food preparation areas, including counters, sinks, and storage spaces
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients under supervision
- Help with general kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and sanitizing surfaces
- Bussed tables and cleared dining areas during service to support smooth food service operations




- Follow all food handling safety protocols to ensure hygiene standards are met at all times

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus
- Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and cleaning procedures is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness are essential for success in this role
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
