Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our lively kitchen team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our food operation, ensuring that dishes are spotless and ingredients are prepped for the busy service hours. Responsibilities

- Thoroughly clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high sanitation standards.
- Assist in basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning supplies.
- Support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness of workstations and storage areas throughout shifts.
- Help with food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality in all prep activities.
- Follow proper waste disposal practices and ensure recycling protocols are adhered to within the kitchen.




- Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing supplies to keep the kitchen stocked efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new tasks.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
