Forklift is looking for an organized and customer‑oriented Service Dispatcher to join our team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan . As the Service Dispatcher, you will be responsible for the coordination of service jobs, including scheduling and assigning work to technicians, and ensuring that services offered meet or exceed the requirements of internal and external customers. Scheduling, coordinating, and assigning jobs to service technicians Managing current and ongoing work orders using an ERP system Utilizing the service scheduler to prioritize and schedule appointments Communicating with service and parts team members to ensure workloads are optimized,
