GENERAL

The Dispensing Technician reports directly to the Color Manufacturing Manager and is responsible for preparing production batches and wet samples for color formulations within a controlled workplace. Follow all safety procedures, understand all safety equipment, and adhere to company policies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Accurately and quickly dispense, correct, and produce color batches and samples from prescribed formulas and materials.

Prepare color samples.

Use related processing equipment (paint shakers, drawdown tables, and scales).

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Fill and maintain an inventory of supplies.

Clean and maintain all equipment and work environment.

Perform other departmental duties or tasks as required.

Recall,



input and save accurate color data using the iMatch software on computer.

SKILLS REQUIRED: Excellent attention to detail.

General mechanical aptitude is an asset.

Ability to multi-task.

Good Time Management Skills required.

Able to work independently and as a team member.

Excellent attendance history and positive work attitude are required. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or Level 12 G.E.D.

Dispensing

Technician or related experience is an asset.

SHIFTS: Evenings, Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:15 pm

Nights, Sunday to Thursday from 11:00 pm to 7:15 am
