This role supports the strategic development of fundraising initiatives focused on major gifts and legacy giving.

You’ll collaborate with the CEO and Resource Development team to create long-term strategies while nurturing vital community relationships. Leverage your skills in fundraising, marketing, and communications to enhance donor engagement and community outreach. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and monitor Major Gift and Legacy Giving programs
- Collaborate with Community Impact team for donor alignment
- Cultivate and steward relationships with major gift donors
- Execute effective public relations and branding strategies
- Contribute to strategic fundraising communications

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in relevant field or equivalent
- Experience in fundraising and marketing communications
- Background in voluntary or non-profit sector
- Robust written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and background check required
