Bison Transport Inc. is seeking a Driver Onboarding Coordinator to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for recent Drivers and Owner‑Operators.

You will coordinate pre‑hire requirements, onboarding sessions, and weekly Driver orientation, serving as the main contact for Drivers and supporting recruitment through documentation and communications. Ideal candidates have 2 years of admin and customer service experience, with a background in transport considered an asset.
