- Facilitate an Emergent Curriculum for each child's development
- Document daily activities and maintain progress reports
- Nurture emotional and cognitive growth in children
- Work with outside professionals when required
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing protocols

Requirements:

- Valid Nova Scotia ECE License
- Transparent Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry Check
- Standard First Aid and CPR Certification (Level B or C)
- Ability to safely lift or push 45 lbs
