Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, weekends included Able to work flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, & holidays if required to meet the needs of the business) The E-commerce Operations Associate plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the online retail business. This position is responsible for processing orders, managing inventory accuracy, assisting with returns and customer service coordination, and ensuring seamless backend support to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Consistently use and understand processes and procedures to track in store inventory accurately Track, receive and process all inbound inventory shipments Complete inventory related tasks as necessary with an elevated attention to detail, including inbound and outbound store transfers, shipment, and omni channel order processing Communicate with customer service to help resolve order-related issues.

we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base hourly range is $18 per hour , depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.
