Become a key player in economic development with the Grand Council Treaty 3 as an Economic Administrative Assistant.

Your role enhances cooperation with Treaty 3 communities on critical projects. This internal position is for GCT3 staff or Treaty 3 members only, focusing on a range of economic initiatives in energy, housing, and trade. You will handle project documentation, assist with presentations, and support the team’s strategies. Candidates should exhibit solid problem-solving abilities, organization, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and confirm meetings for the Economic Unit
- Manage documents, budgets, and project timelines
- Support team members in risk management strategies
- Build strong relationships with Treaty 3 leadership
- Maintain accurate records and prepare materials Requirements:
- Secondary School Diploma necessary
- Business Administration degree or diploma preferred
- 1-3 years in administration is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
- Knowledge of Anishinaabe language and culture Leverage your administrative expertise to foster economic opportunities in Treaty 3.
