Key Responsibilities





- Manage healthcare for elderly residents in ALC/CCC beds • Carry out health assessments and diagnoses effectively • Create tailored care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team • Educate patients and families on health management • Mentor nursing students and offer clinical supervision Requirements:
