We are coming to Victoria for a family holiday ( Oct 23-26) and my husband and I would love to have a date night and go out for dinner. we will put our girls to sleep before the babysitter comes, the sitter would need to sit quietly in the hotel room while the girls sleep. My youngest has epilepsy. we will have a foot monitor on her while she sleeps, if the alarm goes the babysitter would use the pulse oximeter on her finger and ensure her heart rate and oxygen is ok. If not emergency meds would need to be administered (VERY UNLIKELY).
We will go for dinner a very short walk away so can be back within 10 minutes in case of an emergency. Her alarm does not go off often but I need the sitter to be prepared in a worst case scenario situation. Essentially if the alarm goes, itll go off on my phone too.
Most of the time her heart rate goes back to normal within seconds.
