- Support individuals during their transition to employment
- Lead workshops on employment readiness and personal development Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Over 3 years working with vulnerable populations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset
