This is an existing permanent position working 35 hours per week, with a starting wage of $26.965 per hour. The role will commence as soon as possible and offers vacation time, sick leave, group insurance and a pension plan.

We also connect people to education, training, community services and a variety of other programs. As an Employer and Community Liaison, you are a part of our Employment Services team and your passion for providing exceptional customer service contributes to guiding your clients to successful outcomes including obtaining employment opportunities, attracting and recruiting staff, and matching workplace requirements to candidate skills.

While networking and marketing our services, you will communicate in an open, helpful,



and engaging tone with a focus on empowering each client through the job search process and each employer through the recruitment process. You enjoy working with people, are organized, and can work effectively with a variety of software programs. This role will have you building employer relations, developing training plans, monitoring contracts, working collaboratively across all of our departments, completing data entry, following Ministry guidelines and referring clients to community supports and services.

Excellent communication skills with demonstrated proficiency in the delivery of services to youth and adults Knowledge of the local labour market and labour legislation Solid computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, EOIS-CaMs, Email, Databases) College Degree in a related field preferred Bilingual in English and French is an asset Youth Habilitation Quinte Inc./Career Edge welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
