The position involves hands-on work in RF design, testing, integration, troubleshooting, and optimization of systems including power amplifiers, block upconverters (BUCs), waveguide assemblies, and filtering solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet technical, manufacturing, and customer requirements. Contribute to the development, testing, and production of RF communication products including BUCs (Block Upconverters) and SSPAs (Solid-State Power Amplifiers) Support the design and optimization of RF circuits and high-frequency assemblies Translate technical requirements into practical design concepts and prototypes Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure successful implementation of designs Troubleshoot and resolve RF performance, integration, and production-related issues Conduct RF testing, tuning, characterization, and system validation activities Prepare technical documentation, validation reports, and design input for product development activities Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product reliability, manufacturability, and performance Ensure solutions comply with technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline ~Solid knowledge of electromagnetic (EM) theory and high-frequency circuit behavior ~ Experience performing RF testing and validation using laboratory test equipment ~ Familiarity with waveguide technology, analog circuits,

This is an on-site position, so relocation will be required. Remote work is not supported at this time. Applicants must hold either a Canadian citizenship, Canadian Permanent Residency, or Work/ Study Permit.
