Reporting to the VP of Risk & Integrated Assurance, you’ll oversee an integrated operating model that combines Business Controls with robust data governance. The position emphasizes the build-phase aspect, focusing on measurable outcomes rather than theoretical frameworks. Your leadership aims to ensure data controls support company goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the Business Controls framework based on COSO standards • Manage the comprehensive ICFR program lifecycle • Liaise with external auditors for evidence collection • Establish clear data ownership and governance roles • Promote cross-department training for governance practices

Requirements: • Strong background in enterprise data governance • Familiarity with COSO and DAMA-DMBOK principles • Experience in energetic risk management settings • Ability to define and resolve conflicts in data governance • Expertise in integrating governance into technology platforms
