Consultant ensures the client's service operates within a set of KPI's and make suitable adjustments to ensure it continues to do so.

Alongside our sales and account management teams, CX team provides regular service reviews with our clients, to reinforce our value proposition, provide industry insight and uncover further opportunity to solve our client's challenges.



We are currently recruiting for a Client Experience Consultant to join our CX North America team and supplement our global team.

Oversight and management of all flow workload for a set of existing business accounts In depth knowledge of the existing accounts and history. Periodical service reviews with the clients. General point of escalation for the Second Line Feed management team and source of data, product and technical expertise; Databases, vendor methodology Client data usage 2+ Years Strong work experience in the financial data industry ~ Candidates must be of Graduate caliber, preferably a bachelor's degree in a finance or a related field ~ Experience as a Consultant or related position within the financial data industry. ~ Demonstrates curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly AI, and is interested in exploring how current tools can improve customer, employee, and business outcomes.
