We are looking for a dynamic individual who enjoys working with students, staff, and the public. Duties will range from processing applications and registrations, to updating student records.

Responsibilities Process applications and registrations for admission, registration, and transfer students. Update and maintain student records in the Registrar’s student information system. Correspond with applicants orally and in writing regarding application status and registration matters. Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and the public. Assist with data entry and database maintenance as needed.





Qualifications Two years of recent related experience within an educational setting using a student information system (e.g., Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft) and a database, preferably within a Registrar’s office. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
