Role Description The Epicor Automation Studio Consultant is a full time, remote role responsible for designing, building, and optimizing integrations and automations within Epicor Kinetic using Automation Studio and related tools. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with clients to understand operational workflows, mapping business processes to Epicor configurations, and translating requirements into robust, maintainable automation solutions.

The consultant will create and manage integrations using REST APIs, configure Epicor Functions, BPMs, and Data Directives,



and ensure data flows reliably between Epicor and external systems such as CAD, PDM, and other manufacturing applications. This role involves leading discovery sessions, documenting technical and functional designs, testing and validating solutions with client teams, and providing guidance on best practices for change management and deployment. The consultant will also support project planning, participate in go-live activities, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of Stratic ERP Partners’ automation frameworks and standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Process Automation and Automation, with experience designing and implementing workflow-driven solutions in ERP environments.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Consulting, including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and delivering practical, operations-focused recommendations.
- Candidates should possess relevant knowledge in Robotics and automation technologies, preferably with exposure to manufacturing and industrial systems integration.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and coordination of technical tasks across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Epicor Kinetic, Epicor Automation Studio, BPMs, Data Directives, Epicor Functions (C#), and REST API integrations is strongly preferred.
- Background in manufacturing or industrial operations, with the ability to translate shop-floor and engineering processes into system designs, is highly beneficial.
