The worst place a company can look to save money is their employees. We're not looking for average. We're not trying to hire someone for $22–$30/hour and produce average or bad floors. We're looking for the best installers we can find. If that's you, keep reading.

CLEAN, QUALITY PREP IS #1 - preparation comes before everything. We don't care how good a floor looks if the prep was done wrong. You should understand concrete, know how to properly grind and prepare a slab, identify potential problems before coating, and refuse to cut corners. A beautiful floor over bad prep is still a bad floor. We want installers who take serious pride in their work. Follow the manufacturers specifications and you'll do great!

RELIABILITY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE - If you're scheduled to be on a job at 7:00 AM, you're there at 7:00 AM, unloading the grinders and shot blasters. We offer minimum guaranteed 4-day weeks, and we expect our people to be dependable.

HONESTY MATTERS - Mistakes happen. Hiding them is unacceptable. If something goes wrong, tell us what happened and why. When we know the cause, we can fix the problem. We want people who take responsibility, communicate honestly and solve problems instead of hiding them.

YOU'RE WORKING IN SOMEONE'S HOME - You need to be good with people. Our installers and Foremen will participate in site visits, measurements, quotes and customer consultations. You need to be able to earn a homeowner's trust and make them comfortable having you in their home.

Being polite is mandatory. If you have a temper, get angry over little things,



bring negativity to the jobsite or make customers uncomfortable, don't apply. We're working in people's homes. Be respectful, skilled, positive and proud of what you do.

EXPERIENCED INSTALLER — $35/HOUR - You should already be highly skilled in: Concrete grinding and surface preparation, Crack repair, Epoxy and polyaspartic systems, Flake floors and broadcast techniques, Mixing and working times, Proper coverage, Backrolling, Clean edges and transitions, Troubleshooting and quality control. Installers also train and develop apprentices. When your apprentice becomes good enough to become an installer, you receive a bonus for helping train them to that level.

And if you want to advance, we want our installers to become Foremen.

FOREMAN — $40/HOUR + CREW BONUSES - Foremen are responsible for running crews, solving problems, maintaining quality, working with customers and helping successfully operate multiple crews. $40/hour + a bonus for every additional crew you successfully oversee. Foremen also train apprentices and help develop them into great installers. We want our best people creating more great people.

APPRENTICE - INSTALLER - FOREMAN -MULTIPLE CREWS. If you have the skills and want the responsibility, there is room to grow.
