Mechanical is seeking a skilled Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. The ideal candidate has robust mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and other mechanical equipment. This role requires the ability to diagnose system issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently.

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment. Diagnose and repair plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, valves, pumps, and drainage systems. Perform checkout, testing, troubleshooting and commissioning/startup of a wide variety of mechanical equipment.





Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures. Communicate clearly with customers about service findings, required repairs, and maintenance recommendations. Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and parts usage.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Red Seal

Certification in HVAC/Refrigeration is required.

Experience servicing heating, cooling, and plumbing systems. Ability to diagnose mechanical and system control issues.

Travel: Requires travel to various locations as part of your regular duties. While most weeks will follow a standard 40-hour schedule, there may be occasions when travel is necessary, including overnight stays.
