Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching of propane deliveries to customers as well as providing customer service support on incoming customer lines. This position is also responsible for assisting in the planning and forecasting of workloads based on the branch demands and growth. ie: performance reports, make necessary adjustments (Kfactors), run out report, follow-up with drivers, new and cancelled accounts report, outstanding tickets or special arrangement reports,



truck reports. Review accounts put on STOP or cancelled accounts to ensure tickets deleted.

Review and adjust customer account delivery parameters (tank size, K factor, HWH Flags etc.),Review weekend and overnight customer service inquiries with respect to delivery and take required action. Trouble-shoot truck computer system and communicate with inside / outside support when necessary. Provide customer service support on incoming customer calls.

Dispatching and Logistics experience considered an asset Must have strong computer skills, includingMicrosoft Office Customer service experience required, and Professional driving or fleet dispatching experience is an asset.
