We are seeking a Senior Investment Analyst with deep public markets experience to help train and evaluate AI systems designed for institutional-grade investment research.

Key Responsibilities Develop detailed investment theses across equities or asset classes

Perform advanced financial modeling and valuation analysis

Critically assess AI-generated research outputs and recommendations

Identify gaps in reasoning, assumptions, and risk evaluation

Contribute to building high-quality training datasets for financial AI models

Mentor junior contributors and provide domain expertise

Requirements 4–8 years of experience in equity research, hedge funds, or asset management

Solid track record of fundamental analysis and idea generation

Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise

Ability to clearly articulate complex investment views

Experience covering specific sectors is a plus

Nice to Have CFA charter-holder or MBA

Experience with alternative data or systematic strategies

Prior exposure to AI/ML in finance
