Explore the scope of municipal civil projects and make a lasting impact. Prepare detailed cost estimates for municipal civil projects including water, wastewater, and bridges from concept to tender. Conduct comprehensive material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor take-offs, calculating unit costs, labour rates, escalation, and contingency.





Lead estimating workshops and facilitate transparent cost decision-making with project owners and partners. Present and defend complex cost data confidently in meetings and discussions. Maintain accurate records and ensure estimates meet project specifications, schedules, and budgets.

Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in municipal civil estimating, especially water, wastewater, and bridge projects. Proficiency with advanced Excel and cost estimating software.

Solid understanding of full project cost estimation, from design to tender. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data simply. Accommodation is available upon request throughout all stages of the recruitment process. #
