March of Dimes Canada in Newmarket is seeking a Brain Injury Rehabilitation Worker for our Supportive Housing Program. Evening shifts (3pm-11pm), 35 hours per week, with a wage of CAD 23.35/hour including a $3.00/hour government wage enhancement for direct client support.
Responsibilities include implementing programs with the Rehab Service Coordinator, completing reports, managing caseloads, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to meet individual goals and support community living
