ASP is looking forEvent andAlcohol ComplianceSpecialistfor the Outstanding Outdoor Comedy Festival in Mississauga. This fully outdoor event operates in all weather conditions and attracts large crowds of guests enjoying live entertainment. Candidates must possess exceptional customer service skills, demonstrate professionalism, and be comfortable enforcingevent andalcohol policies while maintaining a positive guest experience.

Working with integrity and awareness supporting responsible alcohol consumption and maintaining a safe event environment. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, heat, wind,



and direct sunlight Monitor licensed areas to ensure compliance with liquor regulations and event policies Verify age identification and monitorwrist bandingprocedures Monitor entrances and exits of licensed areas Conduct regular patrols throughout licensed spaces Maintain detailed incident reports and compliance documentation Respond to and report policy violations, disturbances, or safety concerns Communicate effectively with event management, beverage service teams, and security personnel Provide exceptional customer service while enforcing policies in a professional manner Work in compliance with AGCO guidelines, OHSA, AODA, PSISA, and company procedures Fully outdoor event venue Exposure to loud entertainment and event noise Walking on grass, gravel, uneven terrain, and temporary event surfaces Use of radios and other communication equipment throughout the shift Must be 18 years of age or older Minimum 6 months of customer service, events, hospitality, security, or related experience Experience working events, checking for intoxication Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices is considered an asset Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Available to work evenings, weekends, and event days Competitive Wages: 23.00 per hour Opportunities for future event assignments We care about our team and their personal and professional success Work at one of Canada's premier outdoor entertainment festivals Gain valuable event and crowd management experience This posting does not require Canadian work experience Incorporated is committed to diversity various communities within which we operate.
