This is a senior, hands-on role requiring strong project management, strategic thinking, high attention to detail, and executional excellence. The role supports internal and external communications by contributing to content development and collaborating with the Communications team to amplify events through appropriate channels.
Event
Ownership, Strategy, Planning & Execution Own and lead end-to-end planning, promotion, and execution of all corporate events. Develop event strategies, timelines, budgets, and project plans. Manage vendors, venues, logistics, and on-site execution. Partner with internal stakeholders to define event objectives. Measure event success and recommend improvements.
Social
Media & Digital Engagement Provide support for social media and digital marketing initiatives related to corporate events, working closely with the Communications team. Develop event-related campaigns. Monitor performance and optimize content. Contribute to event-related content planning,
including briefing, coordination, and content creation.
Corporate Profile
Monitor digital presence (e.g., Google reviews, LinkedIn inquiries) and manage online feedback, ensuring responses are timely and effective.
Communications Development
Develop and execute internal and external communications. Write and edit communications materials. Support internal communications initiatives. Communication – able to clearly present information in both spoken and written formats.
Innovation – develops creative solutions to meet evolving business needs. Productivity – consistently delivers high-quality work on time. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading. Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into execution.
Experience managing social media platforms and digital content. Completion of a university degree or the equivalent in a related field such as communications, journalism, or similar.
