Unlimited YFC exists to help young people in Southwestern Ontario experience hope and attain their full life potential by showing love and care for their whole person and encouraging them to know, follow, and serve God. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual to serve as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager, supporting the Executive Director and managing the administrative staff, and the day-to-day operations of the office. The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to serving with excellence behind the scenes.
This role requires someone who can use their God-given gifts in administration, leadership, communication, and organization while supporting leadership and staff across the organization. Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, discretion, and a servant-hearted approach are essential, as this position regularly interacts with staff, leadership, board members, ministry partners, and the broader community. Provide administrative support to the Executive Director Supervise and provide leadership to administrative staff Assist the Executive Director with projects, presentations, and fundraising initiatives Arrange office staff meetings and assist with chapter-wide meetings Foster positive and healthy relationships with SWOYFC leadership and administration Comply with SWOYFC policies, procedures,
and risk management requirements Pursue ongoing professional development and training opportunities Fully aligned with the message, mission, and ministry strategy of Youth Unlimited YFC Spiritual and ethical maturity Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills Pleasant telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills Proficient computer skills and ability to learn various software systems Working knowledge of standard office equipment 5 years administration experience, which includes 2 years executive assistant experience ~ Robust communication and relationship-building abilities ~ Initiative and urgency in completing projects in a timely manner ~ Experience supervising staff or coordinating office operations ~ Great culture - a fun, creative, and energetic youth - focused environment with staff teams who genuinely care for each other.
