Key Responsibilities
- Manage collections process for both commercial and select consumer accounts • Track priority accounts with a focus on resolution speed • Identify gaps and propose actionable improvements • Problem-solve for early defaults and negotiate payment terms • Report results and observations using Excel Requirements:
